Director, WorkforClimate
Lucy is the Director of WorkforClimate, where she helps employees become powerful agents of climate action from within their workplaces. With a background in communications and creative direction, Lucy has worked across agencies and brands, using storytelling as a tool to shift hearts, minds and systems. Today, she brings that same strategic and creative firepower to the climate movement—helping people turn concern into action, and workplaces into engines of change.

Renee Farrow
Academy Program Manager, WorkforClimate
Renee is the Academy Program Manager at WorkforClimate and is dedicated to building healthier, more regenerative systems. She designs transformative leadership experiences and collaborative strategies that drive systemic change across sectors. With a background in agriculture and recent training as a Regenerative Practitioner, she brings grounded insight and forward-thinking energy to her work. Whether coaching leaders or shaping future-focused strategies, Renee brings warmth, curiosity and clarity. Now based in Adelaide, she’s always up for a bold idea or a great chat—especially over coffee.
